2011 has started with flurry of activity that’s delivering hope of ‘recovery’. We are dithyrambic in our outlook for 2011, but have committed ourselves to working solely with the highest quality clients and suppliers; there’s no scope for time wasters, empty promises or even uncertainty. Waiting and wondering uses time and costs money, both of which appear to be grief stricken commodities.
On the positive, developers seem to be fully aware that new ideas and solutions are needed to ensure sales. Efficiency is the key. It isn’t necessarily about doing more, just doing it right. The consumer is still king and the more we can learn from their appetites and interests the better.
