The Agency entered the International Property Awards for the Best Development Marketing category in respect of the campaign executed for The Lakes by yoo (http://www.thelakesbyyoo.com). The Lakes has seen sales performance double since the engagement of Frank & Earnest back in February 2011.
Brett Gregory-Peake commented. “We are delighted that our campaign for The Lakes has been recognised through this award and my thanks go out to all those who have contributed to its success.”
The campaign comprised a complete review of the project marketing activity including production of a new brochure, photography, website and supporting blog in addition to national print and online advertising. For the photo-shoot, the agency organised a collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger to reflect the lifestyle values having engaged celebrated fashion photographer Jonathan Glynn-Smith to capture true essence of development.
Working with Adgenda Media for planning and media buying, our advertising campaign was central to the increase in sales performance.
